We operate in exactly the same way a hotel does. But rather than have all our units compacted into one large building, as most hotels do, our units are in single family homes that are scattered across the city. The only other difference between us and a standard hotel is that our units are geared towards stays of one month or longer.

All our units are located in the prime locations in North Vancouver and all the units are in residential houses - No condo units or townhouses.
Every unit has access to a back yard and a front yard and all have ample street or driveway parking.
We offer both fully furnished units with fully equipped kitchens as well as unfurnished units which also have fully equipped kitchens.
All our properties are in the best locations in North Vancouver.
We have one-bedroom units all the way up to four-bedroom units.

We cater to out-of-town executives and their families who are expecting to live and work in Vancouver for more than two month.
We offer fully furnished and unfurnished accommodations in residential homes with all the services you would normally receive in a hotel, and then some.
Why stay in a standard hotel for an extended period of time when you can live in a home with a front yard, back yard, friendly neighbours and all the trappings of home without giving up any of the service you would receive in a top notch hotel.
All our guests receive hotel service without having to live in a multi-story hotel or a condo type building. Each of our units is in a single-family home.
