• Monthly maid service
          Once a month your unit will be cleaned from top to bottom. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Additional service            will be charged as follows:

On-going weekly or every 2 weeks = $27/hour
On-going monthly = $30/hour
One-time = $33/hour

• Monthly fresh linen
           We will provide you with new or freshly laundered linen every month

• Laundry
          All our units have access to a washer and dryer. If you wish to have your laundry professionally cleaned we                  can arrange that at cost.

• Free toiletries
          Just let us know what you need, and we will deliver the items right to your door. Clients will receive a bottle                of  shampoo, bar of soap and toothpaste and tooth brushes once a month.

• Mail, parcel pick-up and delivery
          We will pick up your item, take it to the post office or currier office and have it sent. Delivery charges are your            responsibility.

• Mail hold
          If you wish to receive mail at our office, please notify us in advance and we will hold            it for you and notify            you by text when your item has arrived.

• Reservations and bookings
          We can assist you with making all kinds of reservations such as arranging for spa or massage service,                              arranging car and home insurance, booking transportation, sending and receiving parcels. Just call us and let            us know what you need and we will help you get it done.

• Real estate services
          Our in-house realtor, mortgage broker & candidate appraiser can answer all your real-estate questions.

• Free pick up and drop off
          Your dry-cleaning can be picked up daily by 5pm and returned to you promptly. Regular dry-cleaning charges            will apply.  

• Pick-up and drop-off
          We will drive you to any car rental location anywhere in North Vancouver and we will drive you back home                  when you return the car. 24-hour notice required. We can also help you arrange a rental car for you. This                      service is for residents only.

• 10% car rental discount with minimum of 2 months stay
          Receive a 10% discount off a car rental from any car rental company you choose, regardless of the make and              model of car that you rent. Maximum rental length of one week. Offer available once every six months. Offer              is not transferrable. Car must be rented in the name of our tenant.

• Free Tesla airport service once every 60 days
          We will drive you to and from the airport (North Vancouver to YVR) in a Tesla Model S any time, night or day.                One pickup and one drop off. 24-hour notice required.

          Max 4 people plus luggage. Offer does not accumulate and is not transferrable. Residents or immediate                        family must be going on a flight.

• Free bar/restaurant drop-off and pick-up
          We will pick you up at your home and drive you to drive you to any pub or restaurant in North Vancouver on                 special occasions. This service is for tenants only. We reserve the right to refuse this service if patron is                           intoxicated, rude, aggressive or belligerent in any way. Maximum 4 people.

• Free once per week
          We will pick you up in a Tesla Model S and drop you off at any mall or other location in North Vancouver and              return you home at a time of your choosing. Max 4 people. Offer does not accumulate. Service is for residents            only.

• We will do the shopping for you when ill
          Give us a list of groceries at one location and we will do the shopping and then deliver the items to your door.            24-hour notice please. Service is for residents only.

Guided Tour
• Free one hour guided tour
          One hour guided tour of North Vancouver for new residents. Max. 4 people. Tour must be taken within 30                      days  of moving in.

• 100,000-liter heated pool
          Our pool is also available for regular use to all guests. Please give us a courtesy call before you arrive. 

• Free pool parties
          Want a private pool party? Book our heated pool and patio for your event. Max 15 people. Quiet time begins                at  10 P.M. Catering is available upon request. Scroll to last page to see some pictures.

• Tenting in North Vancouver
          We have one pool side tenting site available for use by all out tenants. Two nights maximum stay. Please call              for a reservation. Quiet time begins at 10 P.M.

   • Free Night in whistler
             Once a month book a completely free one night stay for two in our beautiful property in Whistler Village,                       located in Emerald just steps away from beautiful green Lake, and enjoy all that Whistler has to offer.                             Booking must be made at least one week in advance.                                                                           

• $1,000 rebate on the purchase of a brand-new Tesla. $500 rebate on a used Tesla
          This offer is available to all clients after a 12 month stay. Car must be registered in client’s name. One                              rebate per client.

• Receive between a $1,000 and $10,000 rebate on the purchase of a property.

          Relaxation massage, deep tissue or restorative massage and bodywork, shiatsu, trigger point therapy, stretch            therapy, pre and post-natal care and massage for the elderly. Available Monday to Friday 7 am to 9 pm and                   weekends 7 am to 2 pm. Call for pricing.
